I have been an artistically inclined person for as long as I can remember. I tried out other fields of study earlier in my college career, but always came back to art. It was only somewhat recently that I decided I wanted to find a career that fused this passion of mine with technology. This led me to the Digital Technology and Culture major.
Potential careers I could pursue in this area include but are not limited to: Brand identity designer, graphic designer, creative designer, digital producer or web designer.
The qualifications for most of these jobs include a BA in graphic design or a related field as well as proficiency in the following programs and skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Final Cut Pro and basic HTML and CSS. The main purpose of this website is to explore jobs that I, as a DTC major could pursue after graduation.
